Pawjong is a mobile puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information
may be processed when you use the game, why it is used, and how to contact us.
Pawjong does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name,
phone number, address, or email address inside the game.
2. Information we process
- Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and crash diagnostics.
- Gameplay and app activity events, such as level starts, level completions, tool usage, daily reward activity, and screen views.
- Advertising-related data, such as rewarded ad availability, ad impressions, ad interactions, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers where available.
- Purchase-related information where optional in-app purchases are enabled, such as product identifiers, transaction status, entitlement status, purchase history, storefront, and app store receipts or purchase tokens processed by the applicable app store or purchase service.
- Approximate location may be inferred by third-party advertising services for fraud prevention, reporting, and ad delivery.
3. Local game progress
Game progress, stars, unlocked collection entries, tool balances, settings, and
daily challenge state are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an
account system for Pawjong, and this local progress is not used to identify you
personally by us.
4. How information is used
- To operate core game features, including levels, rewards, tools, settings, and daily challenges.
- To understand app performance, stability, retention, difficulty, and feature usage.
- To provide optional rewarded ads and measure advertising performance.
- To provide and verify optional in-app purchases, restore purchases, prevent purchase fraud, and deliver purchased game items where enabled.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, and improve the game experience.
5. Third-party services
Pawjong may use third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob for advertising and rewarded ads.
- Google Firebase services, including analytics and app diagnostics where enabled.
- Platform app stores and purchase services, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat where enabled, for optional in-app purchase processing and purchase restoration.
These services may collect or receive device identifiers, advertising identifiers,
app activity, crash information, diagnostic information, approximate location, and
purchase-related records where applicable. Please review Google's privacy policy,
Apple's privacy policy, and any purchase service privacy policy that applies to your
platform.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers
such as Google AdMob, Firebase, platform app stores, and purchase services to
support advertising, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, optional in-app
purchases, purchase restoration, and app operation. We may also disclose information
if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the game and
its users.
7. Children
Pawjong is designed as a casual puzzle game for a general audience. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has
provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
8. Your choices
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings where supported.
- You can disable personalized advertising through platform or Google settings where available.
- You can delete local game progress by removing the app from your device.
- You can manage purchase history, refunds, and payment settings through your Apple App Store or Google Play account where purchases are enabled.
