Pawjong Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Pawjong, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. The game

Pawjong is provided as a casual mobile puzzle game. Features, levels, rewards, tools, ads, balancing, and availability may change over time as we improve the game.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, exploit bugs, bypass advertising or reward flows, or use Pawjong in a way that violates applicable law or harms others.

4. Ads, rewards, and purchases

Pawjong may include optional rewarded ads. Rewards depend on ad availability, successful ad completion, network conditions, and platform services. We may adjust reward amounts and ad placements to maintain the game experience. Where optional in-app purchases are enabled, purchases are processed by the applicable app store or purchase service, and refund requests are handled according to the policies of that platform. Pawjong does not currently offer a subscription.

5. Intellectual property

Pawjong, including its game design, artwork, interface, text, code, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer

Pawjong is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service, and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pawjong.
